2. Full communication with mould factory
In die casting production, most of the products need to repeat the production of the mold. For the replication mold, because a pair of molds have been used, there will be problems and shortcomings in the use of the mold, of course, there will also be design highlights. Then, as a die-casting enterprise, it has the responsibility and obligation to communicate these problems of the original mould with the mould factory as detailed as possible, remind them of some details in the design of the mould and stipulate the detailed technical requirements of the mould. 3. Unify spare parts specifications to reduce waste

(1) The stroke switch under the mould needs waterproof treatment.
(2) The thread accuracy of the reset hole should be checked first. Once the thread is released in use, it is easy to cause die collision.
(3) The size and accuracy of the cylinder connection threads must meet the design requirements.
(4) Mould hoisting holes must be balanced, and thread of hoisting holes can reach design accuracy.
(5) Mould slider limit spring adjustment should be appropriate.
2. Acceptance and acceptance of mould making
(1) Cooling water should be unblocked, no leakage should be allowed, and the intake and outlet should be marked clearly.
(2) Die materials and heat treatment data meet the requirements.
(3) The parting surface should be well matched and the splash of liquid aluminium should not occur.
(4) The roughness of the cavity and runner should meet the technical requirements, and no machined cutter marks or electro-machined marks should appear.
(5) Ejector clearance, slider clearance and guide pillar clearance should be reasonable; slider movement should be stable; slider and wedge should be compacted after clamping; contact area should not be less than three-quarters; limit position should be reliable after opening; and splash phenomenon of liquid aluminium should not occur in sliding parts.
3. Acceptance and Acceptance of Die Formability
(1) Whether there is any appearance defect in the product.
(2) Whether the ejection is deformed (including ejection marks, local flatness, ejection cracking, etc.).
(3) Whether it can meet the following surface treatment requirements.
(4) Whether the air tightness requirement is up to the standard.

(1) Full-scale inspection of castings.
