The heat treatment of aluminium alloy die castings is standard after quenching and solid solution by equipment. The heating speed is controlled to rise to a certain temperature to keep warm for a certain time and cool rapidly to change the arrangement of its alloys.
Its main purpose is to advance the mechanical function of the alloy and its influence on the adding conditions: adding cavity under the high specific pressure infection, the alloy temperature rises and falls high, and the activity improves, which is beneficial to the quality of the castings.
1) The higher melting point, the higher the specific pressure is; 2) the higher the melting temperature of the alloy liquid, the lower the temperature of the die, and the higher the pressure consumption; 3) the higher the resistance of the casting planning and the gating system planning, the lower the pressure compliance; 4) the partially regulated injection force and the booster system can improve the injection characteristics and the quality of the casting.
Pressure modification in injection process:
1) too low pressure (usually not over 0.3 m/s), 2) high-speed (1-5 m/s), 3) build-up pressure 0.05-0.03 seconds,
Selection of specific pressure:
1) Select specific pressure according to the strength of die castings. Generally, 480 kg. force/square centimeter is used for castings and 940 kg. force/square centimeter for castings with high density.
2) According to the wall thickness of castings:
The standard stability can be obtained by enhancing the corrosion resistance and improving the processing type. Fast solid solution treatment, after the constant temperature time is over, the transfer speed of the workpiece is less than 10 seconds. The furnace is mainly composed of heating furnace body, progressive arrangement, charging trolley, mobile quenching tank, a quenching rack and temperature operation control. The furnace body is mainly composed of shell, lining, heating elements, hot air circulation and diversion equipment, material rack and material rack lifting arrangement, bottom door and pneumatic opening equipment. The lining consists of two parts. The furnace body is composed of ultra-light energy-saving bricks and aluminium silicate fiberboard. The top part of the furnace is movable, and high-quality aluminium silicate needle-punched felt is selected as insulation material. The structure is reasonable and has the characteristics of good insulation function, low temperature rise of the furnace wall, energy saving and consumption reduction. The heating element is made of 0Cr25AL5 ferrochromium alloy, which is spirally and evenly distributed on the shelf bricks around the west of the furnace wall to make the temperature uniform in the furnace.
